Everything You Need to Know Before We Print

T-Shirt Printing Approval & Process Policy

  • Mockup Creation: A digital mockup of the requested design will be provided, showing the logo in the specified colors and placement on the selected shirt color.

  • Client Approval: The client must review the mockup and email approval to confirm the design, shirt color, logo color, and placement (front, back, arm, etc.).

  • Invoice Details: Upon approval, the shirt color, logo color, and placement will be clearly outlined on the invoice.

  • Payment Confirmation: Payment of the invoice serves as final approval for us to proceed with printing.

  • By following this process, we ensure accuracy and mutual understanding before production begins.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer Economy Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped using UPS and USPS based on the most efficient method available.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless there has been an error on our part.

If a mistake is made during the printing process (e.g., incorrect logo, shirt color, or placement), we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error with your order.
