Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to ensure your order is right. You will have an opportunity to review and approve your image and order details before we print. Therefore, returns and exchanges for corrected items will be granted if the error was on the part of JACKS Print Shop. Orders must be paid in full before printing. Refunds will be provided if payment has been received in full and we are unable to fulfill your order due to issues beyond the control of JACKS Print Shop.
